Me Marie Pierre Blais Ménard practices immigration and criminal law. She focuses mainly on newcomers’ rights and successfully defended them before the Immigration and Refugee Board, as well as the Federal Court of Canada. Me Blais Ménard obtained her Bachelors of Law from the University of Montreal. During her studies, she has shown great interest in human rights and freedoms, international and criminal law. Prior to joining our firm, she volunteered for Legal Aid Scheme Ghana in Accra in the summer of 2015. She also completed a student internship in criminal law for one year at Montreal’s Legal Aid offices. Me Blais Ménard ‘s dedication to her work and our client’s needs is remarkable.
